Diablo 3 - Dying Necromancer

Dying necromancer is randomly found at the top of a raised outpost-like area in the middle of Stinging Winds. Speaking with him begins the Guardian Spirits event. He has the same character portrait as Mehtan the Necromancer and is found in the same area, although I didn't notice any confirmation that they are the same person.
